Advanced Aesthetic Treatments at the Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel

We know that interest in Aesthetic treatments, or ‘Tweakments’ is really growing in the UK, with many of you on the hunt for an experienced practitioner who can offer safe and effective treatments. Well, we have good news! For those of you looking for aesthetics treatments, we now have an extensive results-driven Advanced Treatment Menu available. Set within the Spa, our private Aesthetics treatment room offers a range of non-surgical, aesthetic treatments that help with a variety of skin concerns. Utilising the latest technology, gold-standard injectables and high-tech products, the Advanced treatment menu offers incredible, natural looking results.

All our treatments are performed by fully qualified practitioners who have outstanding training, as well as the relevant qualifications and accreditations. The Advanced Treatments are performed in a private treatment room, discreetly situated within a specially designated area of the spa.

I’ve listed some of my favourite treatments below, but do please call us if you have any questions at all. With all procedures, a full consultation with be necessary with the aesthetic practitioner beforehand to ensure that you are suitable for the treatment and a bespoke treatment plan will be created for your individual concerns. We can tailor your plan to just a one-off treatment or a course of treatments, with practical advice on how best to look after your skin between treatments as well.

Here are just some of the Advanced Treatments available:

Epionce® Skin Peels

Peels are a fantastic way of evening skin tone, decreasing pigmentation and making fine lines appear less visible by increasing the cell turnover of the skin. They can also be good at clearing congestion for those with acne prone skin, or for those suffering from skin conditions such as rosacea. At the Spa at Bedford Lodge we offer Epionce Peels, which are formulated with potent botanical ingredients; utilising a highly effective delivery system that doesn’t irritate the skin. They are paraben and fragrance free and suitable for even the most sensitive skin types. Choose from either the Light Refresh Peel or the more advanced, Corrective Peel. A course of peels will often be recommended for the best results.

Wrinkle Smoothing Injections & Dermal Fillers

Wrinkle Smoothing injectables and dermal fillers are sometimes confused as the same thing, but they are actually quite different. Wrinkle smoothing injections temporarily relax the muscles which cause expression lines and can also be used to help lift areas around the jawline and mouth area. They are excellent at treating crow’s feet, laughter lines, forehead lines, bunny lines around the nose and lifting the eye area or drooping brows. They can also be used to help stop teeth grinding or to ease excessive sweating on the face or underarms. Dermal Fillers, sometimes just called fillers, use hyaluronic acid to plump and add volume to the face and lips. They are used to lift sagging skin, improve volume loss in the cheeks and tear trough, decrease the appearance of Marionette lines between the nose and mouth. They can also be used to add volume to the lips, as well as sculpting the chin or jawline.

Lightfusion™

Ideal for anyone who is looking for non-invasive facial rejuvenation, the Lightfusion™ uses LED technology to improve skin texture and tone with no discomfort, no downtime and offers fast and lasting results. The device uses two light wavelengths which are simultaneously activated, and the skin cells absorb these wavelengths, resulting in improved blood circulation, instant hydration and firming and tightening of the skin. We love it for improving fine lines and wrinkles, decreasing the appearance of pores, sun damage and pigmentation, as well as increasing hydration in dry skin.
