We are delighted to announce our new Loyalty Rewards Scheme for you, our valued spa guest! From today you will be able to earn as you spend on spa days, breaks, treatments and products! As part of this new offering we would like to give a little something back to you and you will be able to spend your points as you go on a selection of days, breaks, treatments and products!
How can I earn points?
You will automatically receive three points per £1 spent on treatments, spa days, breaks, treatments and products! You can also receive bonus points when you re-book your next spa visit at the time of check out! Or earn 100 extra points when you refer a friend! (T&C’s apply).
How and when do I redeem them?
We will keep track of what you’ve earned and you can find out how many points you have on your account when you visit The Spa.
Points can not be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. Points can not be used as part payments, you must earn the full value of a product or service to redeem.
How many points can I earn?
£1 spent = 3 POINT

Personalised Facial £99: you need 9900 points to redeem.
