Beat the January Blues!

With the festive period over, January can often leave individuals feeling low. Combine the dreaded feeling of returning to work with a lighter bank account, lower motivation levels and the time since Christmas, and this equals Blue Monday.

 

Believed to be the most depressing day of the year, Blue Monday typically falls on the third Monday of January, for 2020 this is the 20th. But this year don’t let the January blues get you down! There are plenty of ways to ensure January is a time of positivity and marks a new beginning.
