Aromatherapy for Summer

There is something about the warm summer sun on your skin that helps you set good intentions, and I believe summer is the perfect time to prioritise your happiness and wellbeing, to help you find balance. Aromatherapy and essential oils, with their remarkable aromas and therapeutic properties, can be valuable allies in achieving your wellbeing goals. So, take five minutes with me to explore the five best essential oils to incorporate into your summer routine, to enhance your mood, restore equilibrium, and promote a sense of wellbeing!

If you have any questions about aromatherapy or essential oils, please do ask one of our expert therapists who work with them every day! They can be very potent, so remember to never put a pure essential oil directly on your skin, they will always need a carrier oil (such as coconut oil) to dilute them.
