Hurray, after a long six months the government have announced that thermal facilities including steam rooms and sauna rooms can open with immediate effect!
We’re just a delighted as you are to get these facilities up and running for our lovely spa guests, however we do need to inform you of some mandatory government rules which we are adhering to.
We will be reducing the capacity of both our steam room and sauna by up to 50%. Plus, all guests will be given an allocate time slot to use these facilities (per party), guests without a time slot will unfortunately be prohibited to enter these facilities.
We do ensure that this is for your safety and the safety of other visitors, it also guarantees that we can accurately manage the capacity through staggered time slots. We will also be implementing our acute cleaning protocols to these areas.
